1. Introduction

Welcome to ValuZen. By accessing our domain valuzen.site and enrolling in our offerings, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Overview

ValuZen delivers value-driven executive education through live sessions, on-demand modules, digital materials, and branded goods designed to enhance leadership skills and strategic thinking.

3. Registration and Eligibility

To enroll in any live or on-demand service, you must provide accurate information and meet any prerequisites listed for the program.

4. Service Provision

Upon successful registration, access details or shipment notifications will be provided. In-person sessions occur at designated venues; online modules are available via our portal.

5. Fees and Payment

6. Cancellations and Modifications

You may request to reschedule or transfer your enrollment no less than 7 calendar days before the start date by visiting our support page or calling +14168484416.

7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

Withdrawals made at least 10 days before a scheduled live session qualify for a full reimbursement. Withdrawals between 3 and 9 days prior qualify for a 50% reimbursement. Requests within 3 days of the session are not eligible due to fixed commitments. Reimbursements are processed via the original settlement method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may opt for a credit toward a future session within six months of the original date.

7.2 Info Products

Digital materials, including guides, templates, and recorded workshops, may be reimbursed in full within 14 days of delivery, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a reimbursement, visit our support page. Approved requests are completed within 10 business days via the original settlement channel. After 14 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed, digital items are non-reimbursable.

7.3 Goods

Physical merchandise must be reported for defects within 7 days of receipt. Items in original condition are eligible for a replacement or reimbursement. To initiate, submit photographs and a description via our support page. Verified requests are fulfilled within 15 business days. Items reported after 7 days are not covered due to inventory policies.

8. Non-reimbursable Services

Certain bespoke advisory sessions require significant preparation and resource allocation and are marked as non-reimbursable at booking. These sessions cannot be transferred or rescheduled. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ValuZen and its partners are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from participation in our programs.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be subject to the courts in Ottawa, Ontario.
